The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) held a workshop for listed companies, potential issuers, the Cambodia Securities Exchange and other market participants to raise awareness and promote financing through the issuance of debt securities under the Medium-Term Note Framework, under the theme New Mechanism for Financing through the Issuance of Debt Securities under the Medium-Term Note Framework and presided over by Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge of the Director General of SERC.
