The fund’s investment policy covers opportunities in the money and capital markets, including high-liquidity, high-quality money market instruments such as private debt, treasury bills, certificates of deposit, repos, derivatives, bank deposits and other financial instruments. It may also invest in variable- or fixed-rate debt instruments, shares, credit event-contingent securities with indeterminate maturities, equity instruments such as ordinary, redeemable and non-voting preferred shares, and units/shares in collective investment undertakings aligned with the fund’s policy. Ohuasi Investment serves as the management company and Banco Keve, S.A. as the depositary.
