The Central Bank of Cuba published the June 2026 payment schedule for retirees and pensioners, stating that commercial banks will begin paying beneficiaries of the National Institute of Social Security on June 16. The notice also says bank branches and Casas de Cambio across the country will give this group priority attention during the first three hours of the day. Beneficiaries who receive funds on a magnetic card can check credited balances without visiting a branch through Transfermóvil, Enzona, automated teller machines and other channels offered by each commercial bank. The card can also be used for savings accounts, deposits and withdrawals, transfers and digital payments. The notice names Banco Metropolitano, Banco Popular de Ahorro and Banco de Crédito y Comercio.
