The UK Financial Conduct Authority has revoked the bans imposed on Colin Bermingham, Philippe Moryoussef, Jonathan Mathew and Christian Bittar after the Court of Appeal overturned the convictions that formed the basis of its regulatory action. The regulator has also removed the associated Final Notices from its channels and will take no further action against the individuals in this matter. The decision follows the FCA’s action in 2025 to discontinue proceedings against Tom Hayes and revoke Carlo Palombo’s ban after the Supreme Court quashed their criminal convictions.
